This build pairs the Ryzen 9 9900X with the Asus A620M-PLUS WIFI and 16GB DDR5 for a solid homelab, cooled by the MSI I240 and powered by the Corsair HX1000i for reliability.

Nice start on the server stack! The A620M-PLUS WIFI board should handle the 9900X well, and the SN850X is a solid choice for storage.
@koen_core Thanks! I'm keeping things simple for now, and those parts fit the plan well.
The cooler is a nice pick, but have you considered the noise level with the MSI MAG CORELIQUID I240 in a server setup?
For the A620M-PLUS WIFI, make sure to update the BIOS before installing the 9900X for optimal compatibility and performance.
The 16 GB of RAM seems a bit light for a server setup; are you planning to expand it later, or is this sufficient for your intended tasks?
