The 32 GB RAM seems like a lot for a 1440p gaming build; are you planning any specific tasks that would use that much memory?
@femke_rig Thanks for the note. I just prefer having extra headroom, especially for future-proofing and occasional multitasking.
Make sure to enable XMP in the BIOS to get the RAM running at its rated speed.
Good call on enabling XMP; getting that Kingston FURY Renegade Pro to run at DDR5-5600 CL28 will make the most of the 32 GB setup.
Good choice with the extra 32 GB RAM for future-proofing; it’ll definitely help with multitasking and upcoming game requirements.
Nice choice with the Kingston FURY Renegade Pro; enabling XMP in the BIOS will ensure it runs at the advertised DDR5-5600 CL28 speed.
Agreed, having the 32 GB RAM with XMP enabled should provide smooth multitasking and future-proofing for the build.
@finn_pixel Thanks, I appreciate the support. The extra RAM is mostly for future-proofing and multitasking, so I’m glad it’s seen as a solid choice.
How do you plan to manage cable routing and airflow inside the Antec C8 Curve Wood case with the components selected?
How do you expect the Antec C8 Curve Wood case to handle airflow with the MSI B850M GAMING PLUS WIFI and the Asus Prime LC 360 ARGB LCD cooler installed?
